Probably not, so I'll explain it. Essentially, it punishes any foreign nation that dares to trade with Cuba. But it goes far beyond this. It has specific measures to deal with international corporations and INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS of foreign countries with holdings in Cuba. It forbids trade with the corporations, and prevents the foreign citizens from entering good old U.S. of A. Why haven't you heard of this? An excellent question, which begs another: Why hasn't the media informed you of this legislation? Perhaps it's because those in power don't want the average American to know that this violates dozens of international laws and treaties that the U.S. has signed, including U.N. legislation. But really, this sort of thing is to be expected. Once again, America is the bully on the playground. Fuck all of you arrogant bastards who think you can impose your will on others. At about the same time your congress was passing its anti-gay marriage laws, Canada's House of Commons passed laws providing full benefits to all gay couples. But then again, this type of behaviour isn't exactly new to Americans, is it? After all, discrimination is a prominent part of your heritage. From the Jim Crow laws to the Communications Decency Act, you've always had oppressive legislation, and always will. Free speech? Liberty and Justice for all? I think not.
