As an FYI, I have decided to change my annoy.com handle. After some thought I decided flexiblefish7 is a stupid name. I really have no idea as to why I chose such a dorky name. I have chosen a new handle that serves as a reminder for myself as to what I want to become and where I want to be. A few years ago I started playing guitar, granted I'm not that great, however, in 3 years I've gotton OK...sort of. I really enjoy listening to and playing Blues music, so from here on end my new handle is
BluesStringer.

What is art? I'll start by saying that when I was in college I took a drawing class, a two-dimensional art class, two art history classes (one in modern art and one in photography) and several black & white photography classes. Of the four different types of courses, I really enjoyed the photography the most. It was the only subject in college that I really felt a part of. It was with photography that I learned how to be creative and step outside the norm. I learned this, that is, my definition of what art is, I hope it makes sense: "Art is the creation of our inner self and art is the expression of our inner self. To create true art is the ability to transcend the barriers that keep us from evolving and progressing as a human." I hope that didn't sound to stupid.

The problem with Linda Tripp is that she recorded the conversations for use with malicious intent, i.e. bring the president down. With that in mind, this was not a victimless crime. She didn't record her and Lewinsky so that she could reflect back in a few years on her friendship with Monica. She planned on making the big time, well she did, just not the way she planned. I say she deserves any thing the government can make stick. Linda Tripp is not an honorable person. It's unfortunate and shameful that President Clinton got off basically unscathed, the motherfucker never should have lied and just told the truth from the beginning, but then again, hindsight is always 20/20. What a scum-fuck...both of them.

Interesting...hmmm. On the preview it showed the Yahoo Games picture thumbnail (a purple rectangular box with yellow lettering), but not here. Now I understand how img were pulled. Hmmmmm...

Gibe-Fare, a study in ego.
The term "Gibe-Fare" has recently been introduced to the annoy community. I will attempt to describe what "Gibe-Fare" (here after referred to as GF) means, and it's impact on the people of Gibe. In particular, I will show a certain giber's dependency on this latest form of a hand out. GF is amazingly simple to understand. While welfare is usually money given to those who need (in most cases) assistance, GF is an "ego boost" for those who have no lives to speak of, and probably no friends. Most giber's don’t feel the need to improve their self-esteem by belittling others on the Gibe forum. For most giber's the community is a place to share ideas, even if one doesn't agree with "the norm". Unfortunately, there are some gibers - one in particular who has such a low self esteem they can only feel accomplished if they "put others in their place". This type of personality is not very constructive, and is the result of years of torment and humiliations by one's peers - usually in school during the "developmental years". The people who display this type of behavior most probably has been closed into a locker earlier in life, and more than likely have tasted toilet water at some point in their life. Now, hiding behind the safety of the computer screen, these types of people can safely make up statistics, tell outright lies, and wear out the binding on their thesaurus in a vain attempt to make others look foolish. Only by doing this can these types of people feel "vindicated" for past treatment and superior. They are able to make up stories of intellectual conquest (usually in a logic activity such as chess) without ever providing any proof such as links to news articles describing the event. They are able to claim other intellectual traits, such as money savvy (stock trading, etc.), and classic literature. They may also depend heavily on alleged political knowledge, when in fact they really don’t understand anything about politics, they simply watch C-Span, and disagree with the politicians in an attempt to look even more informed than the general population. The "Drudge Report" is book marked on their computer. As you can see, by using the Gibe forum as an "ego boost" it is easy to understand Gibe-Fare, and understand those it is most important to. These types of people should never be taken seriously.
